Reproductive Options is a surrogacy agency based in Illinois, founded in 2020 by Kayla Reveal, an ASRM member, former surrogate, egg donor, and IVF patient who has experience in this process from nearly every angle. Our team has a combined 55 years of operational experience in this field.
Kayla built this agency knowing what a well-run surrogacy experience actually looks and feels like, and remains determined to provide that experience to both surrogates and intended parents. Small by design, with case loads capped to make sure every family gets the attention this process demands.

Our Philosophy
“The most important part of my agency is the real person connection. I am not just another big agency, and you will not just be another number. My surrogacy process and relationship with everyone involved is incredibly important to me. Sadly, many agencies just push along “the next case” without remembering the risks that go into pregnancy and the real person that is on the other end of this. I take a lot of stock in the matching process. This is one of the most important parts of a journey. It is important to ensure that everyone is a good fit. I take time to build that relationship and ensure everyone is happy and on the same page to help grow a family as a collective group.
I love what I do and want to be a part of your journey in its entirety and thereafter. I build strong relationships and connections with my Surrogates and Parents. This is a very personal process for everyone, and I believe it should be for any agency as well. After all, we are working towards bringing a sweet little baby into this world.”
