Meet Our Team
Here at Reproductive Options, we pride ourselves on the connections that we build with our surrogates and intended parents. We are not just another big agency, and you will not just be another number.
Meet the team that will help you to grow families.

There is no greater joy than helping a family grow — I realized that 15 years ago when I began my first egg donor cycle. While my initial experience as a donor wasn’t ideal, I immediately knew I had found something deeply meaningful. I loved being part of someone else’s path to parenthood, and that’s where my passion for this work truly began.
Over the next decade, I completed multiple donor cycles, all while growing my own family — welcoming my daughter in 2015, a surrogacy baby in early 2017, my son in late 2018, and my youngest daughter in 2023. My personal journey through both donation and surrogacy has given me a unique understanding of the emotional and physical commitment involved.
I initially worked as an egg donor coordinator, then co-owned an agency, but in 2020 I chose to take a more personal path and created Reproductive Options — a space that reflects my values and vision for surrogacy. Here, I’m proud to ensure every surrogate is treated with the care, respect, and support they deserve — because I’ve walked that path myself.

I’ve had my hands in a variety of worlds; from corporate America, to owning a restaurant, through to auto parts. But nothing has brought me happiness the way that surrogacy has. Between running a surrogacy agency for 8 years, and having my own 3 incredible journeys, I realized quickly that helping people is what drives me – and there is nothing better than helping a family grow.
I consider myself lucky to have found surrogacy. It’s impacted my life in more ways than one: between the lifelong connections I’ve made, the career fulfilment it’s given me, and the way it was able to help my family achieve our education goals during my journeys. The surrogacy world has been a blessing that has allowed me to put my empathetic heart to work.
My husband jokes that I’m kind to a fault – but that’s what enables me to make a difference, and truly help surrogates and intended parents in their journey. I’m so excited to help continue the great work that Reproductive Options is doing.

Before joining the team, I didn’t have personal experience in the surrogacy space, but I’ve watched friends (including Kayla, who I’ve known for nearly half my life!) dedicate themselves to helping families grow through surrogacy and egg donation. Now that I’m part of this mission myself, I can honestly say I’ve found something truly special. The heart, the hope, the behind-the-scenes work that goes into helping someone build a family — it’s inspiring. Being part of that process, even in a supporting role, feels deeply meaningful.
I thrive in the world of structure and systems — give me a messy spreadsheet and I’ll turn it into magic — but knowing the impact that my work has on real people makes it all the more fulfilling. Every calendar I coordinate, every document I organize, every email I send… it’s all connected to helping a family become whole, and that lights me up.
I live just outside of Chicago with my husband, our wildly sweet three-year-old daughter Genevieve, and our four rescue pets (yes, it’s as chaotic as it sounds). I’m so grateful to be part of Reproductive Options — and so excited to grow alongside this amazing team.

There is nothing more meaningful to me than helping families grow, something I discovered firsthand through my own family-building journey. I live in Upstate New York with my spouse and our two lively children, ages five and seven. My spouse and I are both biologically female, and my spouse identifies as non-binary. Our path to parenthood included sperm donation, IUI, and reciprocal IVF. That experience opened my eyes to the many ways families are made and inspired me to give back by becoming a surrogate myself.
Before entering the surrogacy world, I worked as a sign language interpreter, supporting the deaf community. That work taught me the value of empathy and the importance of being nonjudgmental, qualities I bring to every interaction with surrogates and intended parents. I’m also a full-spectrum doula, with special training in LGBTQ+ family-building options. I love connecting with people, learning about their stories, and helping them navigate the joys and challenges of growing their families. My background in anthropology fuels my fascination with different cultures and experiences, and I believe that understanding and compassion are at the heart of this work.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me knitting, crocheting, listening to audiobooks, or exploring local parks and bike trails with my kids on our new electric bikes. I live by the phrase, “Everything happens for a reason.” A reminder that even when the road is tough, things have a way of working out.

My surrogacy journey began in a deeply personal way, inspired by a friend’s story. Now on my second journey, I still stay close with the family I helped, and witnessing parents meet their child for the first time has been truly life-changing. I’m passionate about building genuine connections and supporting others. Having experienced both the highs and challenges of surrogacy, I know how important it is for surrogates to feel supported and heard. My goal is to be a friendly, reliable resource – always available to answer questions, share stories, and offer encouragement. I believe in kindness and open communication, and I strive to make every surrogate’s experience as positive as possible.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to three wonderful kids. My family and I love staying active – cheering at games, hiking, swimming, gardening, and baking together. We’re rooted in our small-town community, active in Cub Scouts, and rarely miss a Sunday at church. My favorite quote is, “If you have the power to make someone happy, do that. The world needs more of it,” and that’s the spirit I bring to everything I do.
